Especially in this market, the standard agent approach of “stick a sign in your yard, place it on the MLS and hope it sells” is not going to get you the best price in the shortest time – if your home sells at all. I’m different - I actually market your home and I invest in your home; my up front marketing expenses are close to $1,000 before your home is even on the market.
