The form is fairly straight forward. Just be certain that you use the proper legal names for all involved. You will also need the legal description of the property. Here is the search page for the Clark county assessor page
After filling out the deed, take it to to the Clark County Recorders Office. It is about $15 to record. The address for the Clark County Recorders Office is below.
