Evaluating Potential Investments

Services are a critical part of evaluating properties. Since I have established material & labor rates for typical rehab tasks, I can provide a reasonable estimate after visiting the property. See this page for a description of how I estimate rehab costs. Another critical part of evaluating a property is the property manager.
