Know that I accept no payment or compensation from anyone for referring business to them. And, you receive written estimates for services prior to any commitment. If services are needed before close, I handle everything. After close, the property manager will handle handle everything.
Services are a critical part of evaluating properties. Since I have established material & labor rates for typical rehab tasks, I can provide a reasonable estimate after visiting the property.
