My Services Aren't Just Free to Buyers, I Typically
Contribute a Portion of My Commission

Subject to limitations imposed by the mortgage company (see red text below) and the commission paid by the seller, I contribute a portion of the commission I receive from the seller/builder when you purchase a new or resale home through me. The amount I contribute is listed below and is based on the commission I receive.

Limitations:

  1. I MUST GO WITH YOU THE FIRST TIME YOU VISIT THE SUBDIVISION AND REGISTER AS YOUR AGENT. IF THIS DOES NOT OCCUR, I CANNOT REPRESENT YOU AT THAT ONE SUBDIVISION.
  2. Some loan programs limit the amount of contributions and thus may limit the amount that I can contribute. My contribution must go through escrow/closing and, depending on how the builder applies my contribution, may be subject to mortgage/loan limitations.
  3. This offer is only from me; it is not an offer from RE/MAX.
  4. My contribution cannot exceed the amount of commission I actually receive (not RE/MAX CENTRAL) from the transaction.
  5. This offer can not be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Amount of Contribution - The following table shows the amount that I contribute based on the commission the builder pays to RE/MAX CENTRAL.

Above 7% commission, its on a deal by deal basis and usually limited by the contribution limitation imposed by the mortgage company. For example, on a $500,000 home the calculations would be as follows.
