My Information Advantage

Other Realtors are limited to what the MLS provides which are just simple pages like the one shown below on the right. And, if you want to look up information like the school’s accountability report, distance to the strip or even the general location of the property, you will have to do this manually. This is viable for a few homes but its almost impossible for more than 10 or 20. I minimize or eliminate this effort through the software I created. My software takes the information from the MLS plus other sources and combines it into a personal website that contains only houses of interest to you. As comparison between with I offer and what other Realtors are limited to, suppose you want to find an answer for two simple questions, Where is the house located and which schools would you children go to? Below are what you would have to do if you have my information and what you will have to do if you only have the information other Realtors provide.

Where is the House Located?

Personal Website

• You have multiple choices. At the top you have the address but below that you have the following:
• Links with maps to key locations, shopping and services and a link to a large number of links.
• Three different maps showing the location of the home so you can easily see where the home is located and two aerial views that show you what is near the home.

MLS Sheet

• The address is at the top of the sheet. You type it into Google map or a similar program. However, this does not tell you what the home is near.

Where Will My Child Go To School?

• Click the link to go to the school's website. There you will find a number of information sources including the school's accountability report.

MLS Sheet

• You will need to decipher the four digit MLS codes for schools. For example, GARR stands for Elton M. Garrett school. Once you figure out the school's name, then you can start the Google search to find out about the school.
