Keeping you informed all along the way is important or deadlines and critical events can be missed. For example, there are a lot of tasks, milestones and documents between offer acceptance and close of escrow. In order to simplify the process for you, I create a small status website for you that is smart phone (iPhone/Android/Blackberry/Windows7Mobile) compatible. I frequently update this page with the key dates, tasks and general notes so you always know what is happening. Also, you can download any of the completed documents for your review from the links or you can wait until the close and then I will provide everything to you at one time.
